A prestigious UK car manufacturer rewarded their top sales team with a trip to Australia. The week-long visit comprised of leisure activities and awards dinners combined with a conference at the Australia Technology Park.

In my role as Executive Producer for the conference, we transformed the venue from a blank canvas into a series of event spaces – a keynote session with two 200-foot-long screens, 4 breakouts spaces and a food & beverage lounge.

Utilizing the raw space, we played off the exposed columns, truss ceiling and concrete walls and used lighting to delineate between the breakout rooms. The keynote content was specially designed for the extra wide screens and an overhead cloud projection helped attendees determine the time of day.

Over 200 attendees enjoyed great networking and educational opportunities in an environment chosen due to the strong correlation with the brand look and feel.
